HOW IT ALL BEGAN

The Space is a 102 year old, 1900 sq ft space in small town Monrovia, Indiana just 30 minutes west of downtown Indianapolis and 3 minutes south of I-70. It boasts beautiful, original hardwood floors, ample natural light, an exposed brick wall, and original tin tile ceiling, as well as a kitchenette complete with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and various serving platters and decor. The Space is available for your small, private event for less than 50 guests, and will be available to other area photographers to rent for sessions on an hourly, half day, or full day basis. It is ideal for small meetings, baby showers, birthday parties, workshops, or styled photography sessions. The Space will also be an expansion of Nicole Speer Photography and clients will now have the option of booking at this studio or the current studio downtown.
